huddles
Huddles
Review recorded field conversations, decisions, and action items without mixing them with photo observations.
What huddles are
Huddles are recorded field conversations or site walks. Use them when the important context is what someone said, decided, promised, or flagged during a crew conversation.
They are separate from Field Snaps, which are photo observations.
What Flora can answer
Flora can search huddle content, summarize huddle activity, and retrieve huddle action items when the selected agent has access to those tools.
Action items from huddles are notes captured from the recorded conversation. They reflect what was said at the time, not necessarily the current completion status.
How to ask
Ask for the specific meeting, property, date range, topic, or action owner when you know it. If you only need the latest activity, ask for the most recent huddle for the property.
Property context
When a property is selected, huddle tools can prefer that property context. If you are asking about a specific property, open the property first or name it clearly.
Avoid mixing surfaces
Huddles and Field Snaps are separate tools for separate kinds of field data. Huddles capture conversations and decisions. Field Snaps capture photos and visual observations. Flora keeps results from each surface separate so you get the right kind of answer for your question.
